Ramp Aeriel

Want to head out on the water in a kayak/canoe in Destin-Fort Walton Beach?  Check out the newest launch located right on Okaloosa Island.  The new ADA accessible kayak/canoe launch boasts a 19-space parking lot, pedestrian sidewalks, fishing pier/docks, living shoreline, and a kayak/paddleboard rack.

The $1.1 million dollar project gives locals and visitors a chance to enjoy Santa Rosa Sound which is located directly across the water from the Fort Walton Landing.  A long rolling ramp will provide access to the floating launch pad.  If you are looking for a kayak/canoe rental, check out Wet Inc.  They offer hourly, daily, weekly paddle board, surfboard, bikes, and kayak rentals with free-of-charge delivery to you.

Once you have explored the sound, check out Beach Access #2 which gives access directly to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the beautiful sound and the Gulf Of Mexico without having to drive to multiple locations.  Both are located directly across from each other on Santa Rosa Boulevard.Wet Inc.
