International Coastal Beach Clean-Up

Saturday, September 21

8 - 10:30 AM

It’s no secret that our beaches in Destin and beaches in Fort Walton Beach are some of the most pristine you will ever see, rivaling some of the top beaches in the world. This is due largely to the fact that our sugar-white sand and emerald green waters are practically absent from trash and debris. Their immaculate condition, however, does not come without effort from our community and very conscientious visitors!

To continue this tradition of minimal trash and debris, our community has come together to the beaches in Destin and beach in Fort Walton Beach clean. Join Okaloosa County and the Destin - Fort Walton Beach community in keeping our beaches clean at the 2019 International Coastal Beach Clean-Up. This annual event has a common goal of continuing to keep our beautiful beaches in Destin and Fort Walton Beach clean

Cleanup locations in Okaloosa County include:

Fort Walton Beach:

The Boardwalk - 1450 Miracle Strip Pkwy. Fort Walton Beach, Florida

Okaloosa Island post-cleanup breakfast will be at The Crab Trap on Okaloosa Island.

The Crab Trap/James Lee Park – 3500 Scenic HWY 98 Destin, Florida
