Your captain will cover your fishing license. Anglers 16+ must obtain a Florida fishing license for surf fishing and paddleboard/kayak fishing. To obtain a recreational fishing license, click here.
Some anglers are exempt from needing a fishing license. The FWC website provides details of the exemptions. If you have any questions, call the local Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission`s Regional Office (850-265-3676) or visit one of our local tackle stores.
