Lets go paddleboarding!

Keep your fitness on track while enjoying your time in the Heart of Florida’s Emerald Coast!  We all know that stand up paddleboarding can be a lot of fun but did you know that it is also a great low-impact workout?  When taking a spin on a paddle board you will use your entire body water to propel the board.  As you glide across the water your whole body is engaged. Paddleboarding is great for core strength, balance, endurance and let’s not forget to mention how enjoyable it is.  It’s no surprise that SUP is one of the fastest growing watersports in the world and a on a paddleboard is a perfect way to explore the waterways of Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa Island!
